QUESTIONS?

This page isn't as fun as looking at galleries, but it is important to know what you are getting. Listed below is a lot to read but one of my promises to you is to be thorough with couples and answering the common questions you may have.

DO YOU OFFER PHOTO AND VIDEO TOGETHER?

As of 2021, we are no longer offering both together. I have loved being able to offer both, but as I grow, the business has to change... for the better! I am figuring things out still (9 years later) and I want to make sure my couples have the best experience and I know this is how I give you that. I have awesome recommendations on both the photo and video side, so don't hesitate to reach out. We will get you set up and and taken care of.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

I will go anywhere you are getting married! Traveling is a huge part of my life and I absolutely love traveling for engagements and weddings! Another perk is I don't tack on any travel fees when you hire me for photo OR video. I'm your girl!

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?

My goal is to deliver you about 100 images per hour. The more things you have going on, the more I have to document. Are you giving gifts to each other during getting ready? First look with parents, or a special champagne toast? These are some things to think about, I can help walk you through when you inquire.

DO YOU EDIT EVERY PHOTO?

Our editing consists of cropping, color grading, adjusting exposure, however we do not edit blemishes or alter physical appearance. We will make sure to position you to make you look your best, and get you in the best lighting!

CAN YOU EDIT DIFFERENTLY IF I LIKE ANOTHER STYLE TOO?

Should you decide to book us, it is because you are completely in love with the style we provide. Consistent editing is my goal.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PHOTOS?

You will receive your full gallery between 6-8 weeks. I do have an add on option to get sneak peeks a week after the wedding.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY WEDDING VIDEO?

The process to editing video is vastly different than editing photos. I have to watch through all of the footage, for example if you have a 10 hour wedding day, I have to be fully present and watch 10 hours of footage in order to piece together your highlight film. This is a process that takes from 8-12 weeks.

DO YOU OFFER FLASH DRIVES?

I sure do, as an add on option. I offer crystal flash drives that are engraved with your name and wedding date on it. Pretty fancy if you ask me, and all my couples who have purchased a usb have absolutely love it! Although you have everything accessible online, this is another way to secure your memories in a tangible way. Just incase the internet disappears haha.

DO YOU MEET WITH US BEFORE THE BIG DAY?

YES!!! I am a big fan of meeting before. I love grabbing drinks and getting to know the two of you and of course talking all about the wedding day details. Connecting is so important, after all, we are the people who are with you the entire day.

DO YOU WORK WITH BUDGETS?

I understand weddings get EXPENSIVE! This is your big day, and you want it captured the best way possible, right? I mean, it's not like we can just re do the wedding when photos don't turn out (hint, that happens when you ask a friend to do it because they have a "good camera.") So, with that being said, my starting price is there for a reason. I have spent a ton of time crunching numbers and figuring out my overhead cost and what I need to charge per wedding to make a living. I am constantly spending money on the business, whether it be on equipment, traveling for weddings, or taking my couples out for dinner or drinks. I attend expensive ass workshops to learn and better my business and client experience. And I am here for my couples at all times. I put everything I have into this, and after 10 years, I am confident in the experience as a whole that I give to my couples and that it goes beyond just taking photos / video at your wedding ! :)

HOW DO I BOOK YOU?

It is $1000 retainer as well as the signed contract. Balance is due 30 days before the wedding.
I do my best to be very open and honest so please know that RETAINERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE If for some reason you do need to cancel, you can use the deposit towards a session at any time. I will not leave you empty handed, but retainers are in place for a reason. This is not just a hobby, but a small business.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Sure do! Again, I try to make things as easy as possible for everyone. You will have an online link to an invoice and you can make any payment amount at any time. Everything automatically updates, so it is easy to keep track of all payments. All I ask is the remaining balance to be paid in full 30 days prior to the big day.
