I absolutely adore these two! They are so fun and full of life, and their whole wedding day reflected them perfectly. Plans changed due to covid, but their Joshua Tree wedding, at Tumbleweed Sanctuary was breathtaking, as the Joshua trees set the mood for their ceremony.
The venue was so stunning. The building was modern, plenty of room for the guys to get ready and hang out. The ceremony site was surrounded by Joshua trees, and florals that enchanted the natural beauty of this venue. They held the ceremony there, did their first dance, parent dances and speeches. Not a common wedding, but hey, what’s normal these days? After all the formalities, everyone headed to the couples house for drinks and food and we took the couple down the street for their photos.
We roamed around the Joshua trees and we honestly could have been out there for hours with them! They are so natural in front of the camera, and just up for anything. We then headed to the house for the party! They had a neon sign (which if you don’t know, I AM OBSESSED with the neon signs.) Drinking dancing, and keg stands happened. They wanted their wedding to just be a party, and it was just that. Nothing short of an amazing night with these two. And Nikki, being the badass she is, bought be a case of Red Bull and then shot gunned one with me before I had to head home. She is the REAL MVP lol.
If you love the desert backdrop and are having a Joshua Tree wedding at Tumbleweed sanctuary, I would love to chat with you guys! And if you aren’t getting married but maybe just want engagement photos with that vibe, look at an engagement shoot in Joshua Tree as well. Get all the Inspo!
