Spring Couples Photos at Tenaja Falls, CA

Zac & Tiana’s spring couples photos at Tenaja Falls were sooo much fun to take earlier this year!! I mean what’s more perfect than a session at sunset with your pup? Let alone bringing a CAKE to celebrate his first birthday with!!

Tenaja Falls is a 1.5 mile hiking trail near Murrieta, CA and was perfect for our session. Zac and Tiana wanted some couples photos of the two of them to print + frame in their home. Which you should always always do with your photos!! So we headed out to this trail with their pup and just had the best time hanging out.

They both wore all black outfits which looked killerrrr against the neutral background of the mountains. When your’e choosing outfits for your photo session, you can go one of two ways: create a monochrome color scheme and match the background, or choose something that totally stands out against it. And that’s what these two did – it turned out perfectly!! They looked so badass wearing black from head to toe especially against the beautifulllll sunset we got. Talk about the most perfect lighting – we got bright pre-sunset lighting and then a glowing golden hour!

And the best part of the sesh was when they celebrated their pup’s first birthday with his own little cake smash!! It was shaped like a bone and the cutest thing ever.
