Josh & Danielle’s San Diego backyard wedding was such a freaking blast!!

These two, like manyyy other couples in 2020, had to reschedule their big day due to COVID. But despite being forced to change their plans, they made the absolute BEST of it!

From the moment I got to the wedding, their friends and family were all so amazing and welcoming. Danielle got ready with her bridesmaids, who wore the cutest “best day ever” tank tops (find similar ones here!). They stepped outside to pop some champagne before Danielle got into her stunninggg v-neck dress.

Josh got ready in a separate area, buuut I guess he had major FOMO becaause he kept sneaking in to the house where Danielle was getting ready!! He hated not being in on the action😂

The Intimate First Look

Josh and Danielle decided to do a first look and it was sooo sweet. After seeing each other for the first time and getting the tears flowing all-around, they read letters to each other! It was so beautiful and Danielle’s bouquet of purple, pink, and blue flowers looked AMAZING against the greenery of the location.

Before the Backyard Wedding Ceremony

Danielle’s bridesmaids looked killerrr in their purple dresses (especially that glittery one?!) and Josh’s groomsmen rocked grey suits with purple & white boutonnieres.

Once we started taking couples photos in front of the trees, I was super happy to find out that Josh actually loved being in front of the camera! I didn’t expect it at all, and he and Danielle were just a blast in front of my lens. They popped off some champagne to end our portrait time (one of the best champagne pops I’ve seen – look at it below!)!

Josh & Danielle’s Backyard Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony was stunninggg with its decor filled with greenery and purple & white florals. It was emotional watching these two exchange their vows under the gorgeous white arbor, and then finally, they did it! They tied the knot after waiting for so long.

The Most Fun Wedding Photos

After the ceremony we haddd to get some photos of Josh and Danielle doing shots of tequila! The love of tequila at this wedding had me speechless and I loved it.

The reception in a shed was such a blast to end the night!! The shed was full of purple florals, greenery, candles, and wood – the totally dreamy rustic feel all around. Every family member and friend had a blast on the dance floor and it was seriously a partyyyy.
