Fun L'Auberge Del Mar Wedding

Okayyy this fun L’Auberge Del Mar wedding with Viktoriya & Sam was definitely one of my favorites EVER.

Their wedding at L’Auberge Del Mar, one of the best San Diego wedding venues, was an absolute blast. The whole day was a damn PARTY, let me tell you – you can just tell by looking at their gallery below!

Viktoriya & Sam’s wedding day was all about celebrating with their closest loved ones. Viktoriya is from Ukraine & so are a lot of her friends, so many of them sadly couldn’t make it due to COVID (surprise surprise). But she and Sam did NOT let that stop them! They were still able to have a fairly large wedding party, with both sides of guys & gals rocking black all around. (Black wedding party outfits are seriously underrated – I mean everybody looks good in black!)

The Wedding Day at L’Auberge Del Mar

From Viktoriya poppin’ champagne bottles while she got ready in her bridal robe to Sam rockin’ it on the dance floor, these two were the absolute life of the party. They chose to do a first look before their ceremony and it was a tear-jerkerrr. They took it all in and decided to read their vows to each other in private before joining the crowd for the big day. I highly recommend couples do this if they feel nervous about expressing these intimate emotions in front of a crowd & would rather do it separately!

Their magical wedding reception at L’Auberge Del Mar was held under string lights. Filled with white wedding decorations & a huge white wedding cake with flowers, it was the perfect hangout for all of their guests! After eating some good food, they went freakin’ HARD on the dance floor & took shots with their best friends. And something super cool – instead of blasting music, they actually did a silent disco to avoid noise complaints! Genius, am I right? And one of the coolest things I’ve ever been a part of at a wedding.

We ended the night taking photos in front of their crazy awesome neon wedding sign – definitely some of my favorite photos I’ve ever taken. Viktoriya & Sam’s big day didn’t go quite as originally planned, but I freakin adore them!! Congrats you two!
