This Koh Phi Phi wedding elopement, was something I will forever cherish. It was a huge learning moment for me, all while celebrating my two best friends. They had their hearts set on getting married in beautiful Thailand, and they made it happen.

The Journey of this Koh Phi Phi wedding

From spending time in Bangkok, roaming the streets and taking photos everywhere, to our INSANE boat ride to Koh Phi Phi (that will be a whole blog post on it’s own.) To figuring out cameras don’t like the humidity, and when the tide is low, it makes for major improv when trying to get in the boat in wedding attire. Also, photographing in a long boat in Thailand sounds glorious and boujee, but it was the hardest shoot of my life. So worth it, but WOW it was challenging. So if you are eloping, and not an adventurous person, I would think twice about anything with a boat lol.

Everything that went on though, is an experience that those two will never forget, and makes their elopement that much more meaningful. I am so grateful I got to tag along and capture their love.
